If a tool produced a wrong result, tell us which tool and what the file was like: how many pages, roughly what it contained, and where it came from. That is usually enough to reproduce it.
Please do not send us the file itself unless we ask. If we do need it, we will tell you how to send it securely.

For access, correction or deletion of account data, email [email protected] from the address on the account so we can verify it is you.

If you have found a vulnerability, please report it to us before disclosing it publicly. We will respond quickly, we will not threaten you, and we will credit you if you would like us to.
