If a paid plan did not do what you needed, we would rather refund you than keep the money.

Refund window
Contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it, no explanation required.
After 14 days, we will consider refunds case by case, particularly where a tool did not work as described.
Cancelling
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
We do not use cancellation dark patterns. Cancelling is a button, not a support conversation.
How to request one
Email [email protected] from the address on your account and tell us what happened. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take five to ten business days to appear.
