Subscription policy
Paid plans are simple by design: you are billed for the period shown at checkout, renewal is automatic, and cancelling is a button.

Plans and billing
Free use of the tools does not require a subscription. Paid plans exist for very large files and high-volume use.
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the billing period shown at checkout. The price you see at checkout, including any applicable tax, is the price you are charged.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your card details on our servers.
Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the rate in effect for your plan, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
If the price of your plan is going to change, we will tell you by email before the renewal in which it takes effect, so you can cancel first if you disagree.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing further is billed.
Cancelling does not delete your account. Your account simply returns to the free tier.
Failed payments
If a renewal charge fails, we will retry it and notify you by email. If payment continues to fail, the subscription is cancelled and your account returns to the free tier. We do not pursue failed charges as debt.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our refund policy: contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it, no explanation required. See the refund policy page for the details.
