Questions
Is an electronic signature legally binding?
In most countries, including under the US ESIGN Act and the EU eIDAS regulation, a typed or drawn signature is binding for ordinary agreements. Some documents, such as certain wills, property deeds and court filings, require a handwritten or notarised signature. Check what your specific document requires.
Is this a digital certificate signature?
No. This places a visible signature on the page. It is not a cryptographic certificate signature, which is a separate thing some regulated workflows require.
How long are my files kept?
Two hours, then they are deleted automatically. You can also delete them immediately from the result screen.
Is there a watermark?
No. What you download is exactly what the tool produced.
