What is Form 18a?
Form 18a, General Tenancy Agreement, is the Residential Tenancies Authority contract between a tenant and a lessor for a general residential tenancy in Queensland. It records the parties, the property, the rent and how it is paid, the term or periodic arrangement, standard terms setting out each party's rights and responsibilities, and any special terms the parties agree to.
