DA Form 705-AFT: Army Fitness Test Scorecard

What is DA Form 705-AFT?

DA Form 705-AFT, Army Fitness Test Scorecard, records a Soldier's performance on the AFT events, including the deadlift, hand-release push-up, sprint-drag-carry, plank, and two-mile run. It captures raw scores, converted points, and the total, along with the Soldier's information, test date, and the signatures that make the record official.

Graders fill in results at each event station, and the OIC or NCOIC certifies the completed card. Testing procedures and scoring standards come from the Army's current AFT guidance (ATP 7-22.01 and related updates), so always score against the current tables.

Frequently asked questions

Is DA Form 705-AFT different from the old ACFT scorecard?

Yes. The AFT version of DA Form 705 reflects the Army Fitness Test events and scoring. Use the current edition of the form and the current standards rather than an older ACFT card.

Where do AFT scores get recorded after the test?

The signed scorecard goes to your unit training section, which records the results in the Army's digital training management system. Keep a copy for your own records.

Can I fill in the scorecard before test day?

You can pre-fill administrative data such as name and unit, but event results must be recorded by graders during the test and certified afterward for the card to count.
