What is Formulier 17b?
After dissolution the liquidator divides what is left and settles the debts. When that is done and the liquidator has accounted for it, the entity ceases to exist, and the register has to show it.
The form asks for the date the liquidation ended and for the address where the books and records will be kept, since they have to stay available for seven years.

How to fill out Formulier 17b
- Give the KVK number of the dissolved legal entity.
- Give the date the liquidation ended, as dd-mm-yyyy.
- Confirm that the assets have been divided and the debts settled.
- Give the name and address of the person keeping the books and records.
- Print, sign in pen, and send the form to KVK.
