What is EntrePass Renewal?
EntrePass renewal is assessed on what the business has actually done, not just on the founder's profile. MOM looks at business spending, the number of local employees on CPF, the shareholding the pass holder still has in the company, and the company's presence on the Startup SG Network. The thresholds rise with each renewal cycle, so a company that renewed comfortably once may not meet the bar the next time.
The renewal form is completed as a soft copy and submitted online with supporting documents. MOM asks for items such as the latest ACRA business profile, financial statements, corporate bank statements, CPF records for local employees, evidence of business activity such as invoices or contracts, and the pass holder's travel document page.
