What is Formulier 22?
Organisations without a business still have a board, and the Handelsregister records who sits on it. Form 22 registers bestuurders and commissarissen of a foundation, an association or an owners association that does not trade.
Up to four officers fit on one copy of the form. An officer here is almost always a natural person, and each is registered with their role, start date and authority.
Who files Formulier 22?
- Boards of foundations that do not run a business
- Associations without a business registering their committee
- A vereniging van eigenaars registering its board
How to fill out Formulier 22
- Give the KVK number of the organisation, or file this with form 5 for a first registration.
- Fill in each officer: name, date of birth, burgerservicenummer and address.
- Give the role and the date it started, as dd-mm-yyyy.
- Say whether authority is unlimited, limited with the limit set out, or absent.
- Print, have the officers sign in pen, and send the form with copies of the ID documents named.
