What is Formulier 28?
These are old Dutch private law legal entities: commons associations, almshouses, guilds, hamlet and parish bodies and endowments, most of them centuries old and still holding land or capital.
They are legal entities and belong in the Handelsregister. The form registers the body itself; its officers go on form 29.
Who files Formulier 28?
- Boards of a boermarke or marke still managing common land
- Trustees of a hofje or fundatie
- A gilde, buurschap or kerspel that is not yet registered
How to fill out Formulier 28
- Give the name of the body and its legal form.
- Give the date it was established, as dd-mm-yyyy, or as close to it as the records allow.
- Describe the purpose and the activities.
- Enter the visiting address, postal address and contact details.
- Print, sign in pen, and file it with form 29 for the officers.
