What is Formulier 9a?
Organisations without a business still have locations: a foundation with two offices, an association with a regional branch, a public body with a district office. Those locations are registered, and form 9a is the route for them.
It covers a new branch as well as one taken over from another organisation and continued.
Who files Formulier 9a?
- Foundations and associations that do not trade but have more than one location
- Public law entities registering a district or regional office
- Organisations taking over an existing branch and continuing it
How to fill out Formulier 9a
- Give the KVK number of the organisation the branch belongs to.
- Say whether the branch is new or a continuation and give the date as dd-mm-yyyy.
- Enter the branch name and describe the activities carried out there.
- Give the visiting address, the postal address if it differs, and the contact details.
- Print, sign in pen, and send the form to KVK.
