What is CA 0411?
The account you give is used to pay refunds of the tax you name on the form, and it stays in use until you change it yourself.
One thing it cannot do, and the form says so plainly, is change the account used for a direct debit. That is arranged separately.
Who files CA 0411?
- Businesses without access to Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk
- Companies that have changed bank
- Foreign entrepreneurs registered for Dutch VAT
- Advisers updating a client refund account
How to fill out CA 0411
- Fill in the business name, address and fiscal number.
- Give the IBAN and the name the account is held in.
- Say which tax the account should be used for.
- Sign the form as someone authorised to act for the business.
- Post it to Belastingdienst, Centrale administratieve processen, Antwoordnummer 21020, 6400 XC Heerlen.

Frequently asked questions
Can I change my direct debit account here?
No. The form excludes automatische incasso explicitly. Arrange that through the direct debit route instead.
Does the account have to be a business account?
It has to be held in the name of the business the refund belongs to. Whether the bank calls it a business account is not the test.
