The statement of work is the more substantial one: provider, client, a written scope specific enough that both sides would agree whether it was done, a deliverables table with due dates, a fee and payment schedule, and, worth using deliberately, an out of scope section that puts a fence around what a fixed fee actually covers.

Reporting on work already underway

Meeting minutes capture what a discussion actually produced: attendees, notes, decisions, and an action items table with an owner and due date per row, which is the part most meetings never write down and then dispute later.

The project status report is built for the update stakeholders actually read: overall status, what moved since the last report, risks and blockers with what would resolve them, and a next steps table. One page, not a chain of emails.

Planning a trip

The packing list is a checklist split into essentials and clothing, each item with a packed box, so the thing you forgot last time gets written down once and stops being a surprise. The travel itinerary is the fuller picture: a travel table for flights and transport with confirmation references, an accommodation table, a day by day plan, and emergency contacts on the same page, so nobody has to dig through a chain of booking emails to answer "what are we doing Tuesday".

Money and school

The monthly budget planner sets an opening balance against income, fixed outgoings and variable spending, each as expected versus actual, and totals into what is left over. It is the paper version of the question everyone asks themselves at the end of the month and rarely answers with real numbers.

The assignment cover sheet is the smallest document here and the one that costs the most when it is missing: student details, course and tutor, the assignment title and word count, a due date, and the originality declaration a tutor checks for before reading a word of the actual submission.

Tables such as the timesheet's week or the expense report's line items are typed rows, not a spreadsheet, so the output is a document meant to be read and signed rather than recalculated.

None of these carry the notarization caution that PDFRaw's legal templates do. A power of attorney or a bill of sale can need a notary or witnesses depending on your state; a timesheet or a packing list never does, because nobody outside the two parties involved is ever going to ask to see it notarized.
