What is Formulier 10a?
Each maat in a maatschap is registered with their identifying details and the extent of their authority to act for the partnership. A maat can be a person, another partnership or a legal entity.
One copy of the form takes two natural persons plus two partnerships or legal entities. A larger maatschap needs a second copy.

How to fill out Formulier 10a
- Give the KVK number of the maatschap, or file this with form 2a for a first registration.
- For each maat give name, date of birth, burgerservicenummer and address.
- Give the date the maat joined as dd-mm-yyyy.
- Describe the authority of each maat, including any limits.
- Print, have each maat sign in pen, and send the form in with copies of the ID documents named.
