Government paperwork outside the US: what PDFRaw fills in besides the IRS

Type "IRS forms" into a search bar and PDFRaw is built for you. Type "T2200" or "lasting power of attorney" and it turns out PDFRaw is built for you too, because the forms catalog was never only a US one.

This is a tour of what is there: Canadian tax and immigration paperwork, Australian visa and state forms, UK tax, vehicle and estate forms, Singapore employment and property paperwork, and the Dutch Handelsregister and Belastingdienst forms, all real agency PDFs with the same online fill flow as the US side of the catalog.

It was never only a US site

The forms catalog runs to 815 official documents, and 293 of them are not American: 86 Canadian, 74 from the UK, 60 Dutch, 39 Australian, 34 from Singapore. Each is the genuine PDF the issuing agency publishes, bundled and verified the same way every US form is, with an online fill flow layered over the real file rather than a redrawn lookalike.

The five country hubs sit alongside the US categories: Canadian forms, Australian forms, UK forms, Singapore forms and Netherlands forms, each searchable and filterable the same way as every US category.

Canada: CRA tax forms and IRCC immigration paperwork

The Canada Revenue Agency side covers T2200, Declaration of Conditions of Employment, for employees claiming work related expenses, and TD1, the Personal Tax Credits Return, which comes with provincial variants for Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia and more, the same way US withholding forms vary by state.

On the immigration side, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada forms include the Visitor Visa application, IMM 5257. A number of IRCC forms, though, are dynamic XFA documents that only render correctly in Adobe Acrobat Reader, and those are marked download only on their form pages rather than offering an in-browser fill that would come up blank.

Australia: Home Affairs visas and state paperwork

Australia's Department of Home Affairs supplies the bulk of the visa and citizenship forms, including Form 80, the personal particulars and character assessment form relied on across most visa categories, which asks for a complete history with no unexplained gaps.

State level paperwork sits alongside it: the New South Wales enduring power of attorney and its statutory declaration, Victoria's vehicle transfer of registration, and the electrical work request used across trades work in Victoria.

UK: HMRC, DVLA and the lasting power of attorney

HMRC forms include 64-8, authorising your agent to deal with your tax affairs, and the IHT400 inheritance tax account for a full estate return. DVLA vehicle paperwork covers everything from registering a new vehicle to declaring one off the road entirely.

The UK equivalent of the US power of attorney is the lasting power of attorney, split into LP1F for financial decisions and LP1H for health and care decisions, which then has to be registered with the Office of the Public Guardian using EP1PG before it can actually be used, a step the US process does not have an equivalent of.

Singapore: IRAS, MOM and property paperwork

Singapore forms cluster around property and employment. The ABSD Declaration covers Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty on private residential property, while the Employment Pass sponsorship application and a Visit Pass application handle work and travel authorization through the Ministry of Manpower and the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority respectively.

The Netherlands: KVK company registration and the Belastingdienst

The newest catalog is the Dutch one, and it splits cleanly in two. All 39 KVK Handelsregister forms are there, covering the whole life of a Dutch company: form 1 to register an eenmanszaak, form 3 for a bv or nv, form 11 for its directors, five separate UBO forms, and the change and dissolution sheets. Which KVK form you need sorts all 39 by the job rather than by the number, because the numbering does not help.

The other 21 are Belastingdienst forms, chosen by what people actually search for: the payroll tax opgaaf a new employer hands you on your first day, the inheritance and gift tax returns, the objection forms for individuals and businesses, payment plans and remission, the 30 percent ruling for incoming employees, and the notice of default for when Toeslagen decides too late. A Dutch tax bill you cannot pay, or do not agree with covers which of those answers which problem.

One thing is different about this catalog and worth saying plainly: these forms exist only in Dutch, and the Dutch original is what you have to sign and post. What PDFRaw adds is an English explanation of each one around the genuine Dutch PDF, which is the subject of filling out a Dutch form when you do not read Dutch.

The same reading of the printed page

These are not a lower tier of the catalog. Why some forms label a field "Check Box 23" instead of the actual question covers a labeling fix that ran across the whole catalog at once, and the international forms were very much part of it: the NSW enduring power of attorney, Victoria's EWR and the UK's EP1PG were named examples of the same problem, garbled internal names and torn off tooltips replaced by the caption actually printed on the page.

The same is true of the fill mechanics generally: typed inputs matched to what a box actually expects, a date field offered as a picker rather than a blank, checkbox groups presented as one question rather than several unlabeled boxes. None of it is US specific.

Frequently asked questions

Does PDFRaw only have US government forms?

No. Alongside the US catalog, PDFRaw fills 293 official forms from Canada, Australia, the UK, Singapore and the Netherlands: real tax, immigration, company registration, property and family paperwork from each country's own agencies.

Are the international forms the genuine government PDFs?

Yes. Every form, US or otherwise, is the agency's own published file, bundled byte for byte and never redrawn. PDFRaw adds an online fill layer over the real document rather than recreating it.

Can I fill in a Canadian IRCC form online?

Most, yes. A number of IRCC immigration forms are dynamic XFA documents that only display correctly in Adobe Acrobat Reader; those are marked download only on their form page instead of offering an in-browser fill that would appear blank.

Is the UK's lasting power of attorney the same as the US power of attorney?

Similar in purpose, different in process. The UK version splits into a financial form (LP1F) and a health and care form (LP1H), and both have to be registered with the Office of the Public Guardian using form EP1PG before an attorney can actually use them, which the US process does not require.

Which countries does PDFRaw cover besides the US?

Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Singapore and the Netherlands, with 86, 39, 74, 34 and 60 forms respectively as of this writing, alongside the US tax, employment, immigration, healthcare and military categories.

Is filling out an international form free, like the US ones?

Yes. Every country in the catalog uses the same free, no account, no watermark fill flow as the US forms.
